How much is one of these puppies worth from a 2001 with 17,000 miles?

 

well i know the clip is around $3300 on hmotors but just the longblock private sale i would look to pay no more than $1500, i mean you can get the head for around $600 and a block for around $800 or so

 

yea, but for 600 and 800 you are going to be getting a 94-96 block, not one with less than 20 grand on it.

I just want to see what its value is on the market.

 

its a 2001 block u stupidaxx. w/ 17000 miles on it. the full swap goes for around 5k or more at most places. damn youre an idiot. 1500 for a 2001 longblock w/ less than 20k??

realistically tho id say its worth about $100 i mean 20k is pretty low but its still a used motor with pretty low resale, they get good money for their motors because they back them up and guarantee them

 

id say you could get anywhere from 2500 - 3000 for it.

i dunno i think 3k for just a longblock is a bit high of an expectation considering you can get the whole clip for 3300 maybe 2k would be more reasonable, also unless you sell to a local guy someone on ebay for example is gonna wanna pay less because they are going to get raped on shipping
