Default B18B No-Start

I have a 1993 Integra with a b18b, the engine has compression, spark, and fuel, however the injectors will not pulse. I have a p04 and p72 ECU I have tried individually. Tested power, ground, relays, and verified continuity for all 4 injectors. Any other ideas as to why this thing won't start still?

Check the mechanical timing, it may have jumped a few teeth and wont start.

crank pulley was off a few teeth and bent an intake valve in Cylinder 4 and an exhaust valve in Cylinder 1. Thanks for the recommendation. Time for new valves and a head gasket set!

You might be better off buying a USED JDM replacement and call it a day!

I had an extra head laying around so I scavenged the valves out of that, lapped them, and resurfaced the head. no piston contact and all the guides were still in good shape.
