i was wondering will a b20 head fit on a b18b block with no modifications anything will be helpful

A stock B18b and B20b are extremely similar - so close, that you will see no difference. It will fit, however. You should just save the time and money and go with a vtec head.

it will fit. but you'll need to use the b18 manifold.

use hte ls manifold the crv manifold is to tall for clearance

or you can cut a hole in your hood wich will add 200,000 extra HP ya know? mor air into the motor = more HP
