Default B16a engine swap Q's

Looking at getting a 91 teg rs and putting a B16a in. Will my insurance cover damage to the engine if get into an accident? If something breaks on the engine are the parts the same as the regular teg engines? How reliable will this engine be in the long run? Sorry if these are dumb question but I don't know much about this stuff.

I think this belongs in the regular teg forum, but the swap is very easy and straightforward, and can be accomplished with tranny and ecu for around $1500. Parts are the same as the b16 from the new si. Other parts are also comparible with the vtec b-series motors. Usually they are under 50k miles so reliability shouldnt be a problem if you maintain it.
