Default Azenis ?

im thinking of trying to fit 215/45/16 Azenis but i wanted to know what kind of clearance issues you guys have had with it and what you guys have had to do to clear the 215's. im not sure what my offset is, but i have the old school Racing Hart/Sprint Hart hyper tuners. how much of a drop do you have it set at? have you rolled your fenders?....... etc

The shoulder is very wide on the Azenis. It's 205 width closely approaches 215 real millimeters at the edge of the shoulder. May have to roll the fenders...

Hmm, I'm running 215/40/16's kuhmo 712's with 1.6 degrees of negative camber in the fronts and there's no rubbing anywhere (2" drop front, 1.5" back) and there's room to spare between the tire and the fender and lining. With the Azenis, I think that I might be able to get away with it, and you might as well. I would bet that you might have to roll the fenders if you want 0 camber. HTH

problem with the azenis is that they are wider than advertised

205 is more like 215

so 215 must be like 225??

205 measure 219 (cant remember but i think its 219), and 215 measure 215

So you will be able to fit them

Thats the thing I like about the Azenis, their nice and beey. I just dont like the price tag on them

I'm not going spend that much on Azeni's until I'm finished my suspension setup.

Anyone know what are alternatives to Azeni's with similar traits?

i ve heard good things and bad things about this tire. here is what i know! that on a civic hatch with a type R swap lowerd* he had nittos 555 on there and it stuck verry well. when he went and switched to the azinis tire he couldnt hook up! this is just what i have seen. not saying not to buy them or anything but there are other alternatives to falken tires.

Thats because azenis break away cleanly. But PEAK traction would goto the azenis, unless nitto 555's are slicks.
