i have a montser autometer gage that i just want to put in for kicks for a few days... how can i...

i was gunna connect it to the back of the cluster but didnt know how...

whats the best way to install that thing... anyonE?

are you talking about wiring a tach in. The signal wire for the tach is usually hooked up at the dizzy u splice into the tach signal wirethen connect the power wire toa 12v source and the backlight u splice into ur dimmer switch or the super easy way run it to ur headlight fuse then ground it

 

Don't they have diagrams on their website? Anyways, you'll find out as you get older that having a 5 inch tach in an economy car is, how do you say, tacky. But you're young, try it out. It probably won't be in the car for long. Who knows, you might like it. I'm just babbling along. I had one in my car when I was younger, boy did I regret it, it left a few holes in my pillar.

 

ha im not the young man... or inexperieced... the car i drave. my integra, i built from a shell. ls vtec and all... i just got it for free and i remember back when i was nieve and young that i thought they were cool looking...its just fulfilling a childhood dream thing. lol... plus the pillar i have alread ha two tiny hole in it...i dont kbow what from though. haha... but thanks for the imput mang...
