Hey I have a 94 integra, and when Im cruiseing down the road in first gear...the rev....jumps up. Every single time im in 1st it does that and i have to let go of the gas in order to let the rev go down. PLZ....leave comment and advice on how to fix this. Thanxs.


*Note: I think it has sumthing to do with the spark plug wires or the distribtor*

I change sparkplug,oil,transmission oil, and about to buy a new intake manifold.

 

1st.....automatic high revs??? what? you make it sound like your car is a manual...is it? and ....FYI ....if you press the gass...the revs are going to go up.

 

what are you doing cruising in 1st gear? Are you one of those idiots that drives around in low gears to make everyone think their car is fast cuz of it being loud?

 

maybe its downshifting? or the transmission is going to hell i think it is goin to hell
and driving in the lower gears (1st, 2nd) isnt the best idea of things to do in a automatic
