i got a 95 integra and its auto. when i turn on the car and push in the brake to shift into revears or drive it wont unlock.its stay lock i have to take the key out and put it in the shift unlock part. anyone no the problem???

It's a good idea to checkthis! There's a little switch on the pedal assembly that activates the brake lights when you push the brake pedal and allows the gear selector to be moved. Do you have any problems switching between the other gears?

 

it wont come out of park. all the other gears are cool just when i go back to park it locks

 

Did you mess with the tps sensor at all? If not I figure it's a inter lock solenoid that went out. I may have one still I can sell you cheap if it is.

 

all the lights work on the tail lights but the brake lights? i check the fuse there all good

Brake switch is bad! Replace it, it takes all of 10 min and 22 bucks if I remember correctly

 

replaced it still dont work!!!

Does the gear selector work correctly when switching between other gears? You may just have a bad connection somewhere. What about the shift cable? Is it loose? It may need an adjustment.

You won't find too much help here with automatics. Nobody wants or likes them, that's just the truth.

 

i have one problem with my auto tranny.. it wont shift to 4th gear. the s4 light is blinking.. could it be wiring issues?

S4 light? Try adjusting the shift cable. That's my only guess.

 

If you replaced the brake light switch and they still don't turn on you prob have a wiring issue.. Check for voltage at the connector

 

KILLA, I think I can help. In my Haynes manual, ir says the shift lock solenoid could be malfunctioning. Hopefully this picture helps:

i found out aready. it was the horn fuse never new that could stop it from working

Heyy guys i have another problem. It seems that my flywheel oil seal is leaking. Can u guys help me out with replacing it?

 

remove transmission, replace seal.
