Default auto to manual conversion

i have a 1998 LS auto...i have added a 1992 b16 head and jdm SiRII transaxle....i am confused about what i should do about the ECU.....will a P72 plug right in? i have a JKobd conversion harness that was in a 1996 manual civic with a conversion....what is the correct route to having a good running :LS/vtec manual...what ecu and harness cani use? do i need a different harness since i have an automatic chassis?

Auto and manual harnsses are the same. you need a p28, if the p72 is obd1 you can use that nut no matter which you choose it will need to be socketed and chipped with a basemap for your setup, and thats only temporary,

You will need a real tune, tuned by a professional. You can use Hondata, crome, plus more..just depends what you want to do.
