armrest
look in the classifieds on here and g2ic.com, they run around $100. You should only get the USDM armrest, because JDM armrests are not designed for use with the automatic seatbelts used in USDM DA integras, so they won't fit.
You can also order an aftermarket one from HUSCO for about $90, comes with retractable cup holders
Either armrest is installed in between the front seats over the rear of the e-brake handle. They attach to the plastic around the back end of the e-brake handle.

Well, the USDM one will look like it came with the car, since it is an OEM part. It might be hard to color match your interior though, I see a lot of Blue ones for sale, but not as many Dark Gray ones.
The husco ones are very nice, I am considering getting one, and for $80 it won't fall apart or look like crap.
You can order it with a 5.25 in cushion (as long as your seat doesn't have a lumbar support ****), or a 4 inch cushion. The model for Integra 90-93 is R6 and you can order it in most colors.
