I'll post a JPG of the ticket...the ticket is just for that. If i were doing anything else illegal, it would be on the ticket. He also asked me if I had any mods. and asked me to pop my hood.
Anyways, it's over with. I have all legal mods (AEM CAI, DC header). I'll just raise my ground controls up and get it taken care of. Dump it back in the summer, I was thinking of raising it for the rain anyways (afraid of hydrolocking).

sounds like it was a law long ago. i remember the hot rodders saying something about
it. also i remember hearing for lowered cars that the lowest part of the car cannot be lower than the lowest part of the rims.

You shouldn't have gotten a ticket for lowered suspension unless the bottom of your chassis is lower than the bottom of your rim. That's what my cop friend said.

UPDATE:

Got my docket case in the mail and the bail amount is 132$..WTF? Isn't this a FIX IT ticket?
Then I looked at the ticket and it's "X" non correctable in the box. WTF???!?
Is it the cops discretion to make it fixable or not? Can I still fix it and just pay 10$?
Is it a moving violation (a point) for this headlight being too low b.s.

Well check this out, I got pulled over for doing 50 in a 55. The officer stated that the speed limit was 45 and let me off with a long winded lesson on street racing and a warning, I drove off and came back a while later... sign said 55. BUT on the opposite side of the street for oncoming traffic the sign was 45! Lol, is that right?

Ive been pulled over once, in a parking lot, just driving around waiting for a friend. But check this out, I knew that the officer was there, but i wasnt doing anything wrong, i thought, so i kept driving around, when my friend showed up i parked next to him, next thing I know, I hear a slight screach of brakes and two undercover cars and a black and white are blocking me in. all lights blaring. he tried to get me for possibly stealing my own car. He thought my behavior was "suspicious" and gave me a lesson on how honda's are the number one stolen cars. LAWLZ.

6) doing 80 on a 75

Hopefully I don't break the good luck I been receiving lately.. I haven't been pulled over in 3 months.. Seems like I broke a record.. Lol
Cali has a MAXIMUM of 70 in some areas and 65 in most.

I have had my integra for a year and have yet to be pulled over. Modified suspension, tinted windows, and all of that. Maybe you should consider your driving habits less than legal.

Update 12/29/09:

Went to court and clerk said ticket is marked "uncorrectable".
Went to CHP to have it remeasured and it stands 21.5 he said. So i'll need to raise it alittle and he'll sign off on it.

Question is.....even though the ticket is marked uncorrectable. Can CHP officers still sign off on it and pay the 10$ and i'll be done?

To my understanding, the CHP said he'll sign off on it once it's raised back up. Anyone?

My plan is to raise it up (I'll have to)...but my question is:

Even though the ticket is marked uncorrectable, I can still fix it and get it signed off through a CHP? And an explanation would be great!

That's crazy! Where were you pulled over at? I see cars much lower than yours on the road every day on my commute from Newark to Oakland and back, chit...mine is lower than yours and I drive by the Oakland PD station every single day. Never get hassled for my exhaust or being lowered.... *knock on wood*
