Just recently we had a no start problem with a 95 ls and 96 gsr.Both vehicles ran then all of a sudden stopped running while both were driving down the road.Both vehicles were blowing fuse #24.According to Honda service manual fuse#24 under the dash was for main relay,tcm,cruise control,vss,and eld unit (in usa).After eliminating main relay,tcm,cruise control,and eld unit replacing the vss repaired the problem.Just letting everyone know a possible no start problem solution to anyone having the same possible problem.
