Default another gauge cluster problem...

i tried searching and no luck. I have a 96 integra that had one of those block plates for the clock. I got a new clock and went to install it and realized the wires were to short. Couldn't get them to reach all the way. Being lazy like i am i decide to just lengthen them. I wasn't thinking clearly and tried to cut all the wires at the same time(bad idea). + touched - and now none of my gauges work nor do the e-brake light, cel, or abs light, but the battery light came on when the key was in the accessory position and the background lighting still worked. I checked my fuses. Did i miss one or did i fry some circuit on the cluster?

TIA

Check fuse 15 in your underdash fuse box. Check the backup fuse in your engine bay fuse box.
