ok i got a civic but im doing a 90 ls motor swap. i tried to bolt my alternator up, but with the bottom pivot bolt in, the top adjustable bolt ont eh alternator doenst line up. if anyone could take a pic for me of there alternator setup mounted on the car or off the car is u have one of the whole setup so i can see whats wrong with my motor

 

are you trying to bolt your civic alternator to the ls motor?

 

nope, ok i got the motor with the brackets on the engine, so im assuming its an ls. and im using the alternator the guy gave me, he told me thats the right alternator from an ls. so everything is suppose to be an ls. so thats why i want pics so i can see whats different from my motor, if its the alternator itself or the bracket
