i am getting a new car, its either a 90-93 integra or a 92-95 civic 2 door. Either way, the stock engine is coming out. Its gonna be replaced with a ls vtec, NA tuned. If i get the 'tegra, i get to keep the tranny and harness(right?). but, if i get the civic, i'm guessing this car will be lighter. any opinions?

 

the civics arent exactly always that much lighter, their both coupes so you'll basically be in the same bought. What usually makes the tegs heavy are the interior parts(leather), power everything (doors,windows), moonroof, cruise control along with other things but with the two cars you have in mind, just your main concern is really which do you like better as far as looks? I personally like the 2nd gen tegs since I had one but its up to you. The teg already comes with a B18, already has disk brakes all around. Good luck.
