Hi guys, recently my ABS has been acting up. the symptoms basically are that when i turn on the car when its cold (in the morning) the ABS works the entire time the car is on, as soon as i turn of the car and restart it the ABS light comes on, there is no CEL. what are the possibilities? my brake fluid is full pads are fine. thanks

 

do u mean the light stays on the entire time until u restart the car when its warmed up? when u start the car the light should come on and then go off in about 5 seconds

please re-read my post where i stated there was no CEL, i also did do a search on ABS but didnt find a situation like mine.
NO the light does not stay on the first time i start the car, it is ONLY once i turn it off and then restart it that the light stays on and the ABS does not work. thanks
