Abs light blinks instead of check engine light??
99 integra. I jump the service connector to check engine light/codes and abs light blinks instead of check engine light??? I try 3 Ecu n 2 obd1 with jumper n they throw codes 30,31, 43,71(didn't even kno they exist). Any ideals???

Read the codes and it will tell you the issue just like a CEL.
