ABS light
Check for any ABS codes. Then reset the ABS system. It doesnt work the same way as resetting the ECU.
DTC Erasure procedure taken from the Integra Service manual.
1. Short the service connector.
2. Press on the brake pedal.
3. Turn the ifnition switch ON position while holding the brake down.
4. When the ABS light goes off, release the brake pedal.
5. When the ABS light come on, press the pedal.
6. When the ABS light goes off, release the brake pedal again.
7. After a few seconds, the ABS light will blink twice and the ABS code is erased. If it does not blink twice, repeat steps 1-6l. If the Indicator stays on after the indicator blinks twice, check the code again because there was a problem detected during the initial diagnosis before shifting to the Erasure mode.

It could be the bulb, try taking it out and see if it still comes on
No but seriously, I kinked my abs line a little on the one side when doing some suspension work, and I have the light on all the time now.
So it could even be some little thing, I have no problems with my abs,
and I've stepped on the brakes hard a couple time afterwards.
