Default ABS issues, help "cracking the code"

A few weeks ago, I had to slam on my breaks, thus using ABS... A few days later, my ABS started acting up. I find it hard to believe it's not related, but I'm obviously not sure.

At first start up, you hear a loud buzzing for about 10-15 seconds, and then it stops, and the ABS light comes on.. (never buzzed before) I've done a lot of searching, and discovered that this isn't an uncommon problem, and I ran into the threads about how to get the code using the paperclip... Well, I've done that, and I guess I'm not smart enough, but I don't really understand the blinks and pauses, and all that, so I'm not sure what it's trying to tell me.. Here is a video I took of the procedure, if anyone knows how to read the codes, I would REALLY appreciate it!

1 - ABS pump motor over-run

i got code 13 out of your video.... the noise your hearing is the abs pump running when you start the car..... this means you are low on fluid..
code 13 is also high pressure leak witch would make since... you slammed on your brakes witch probably lost more fluid, and now your pump doesnt have enough brake fluid.

Find your leak and you problem will be fixed

Thank you, Sir. I appreciate the reply..... If I am low on fluid, how the hell would I go about filling it...? The ABS system is super complicated to me, and I don't see a user friendly reservoir that would be easily filled..

Well I figured out how to fill the reservoir.. No problem..

Before doing that, however, I tried to bleed the system following the directions I've gotten from the forum (straight from helms) and no fluid ever came out... It wouldn't bleed, which made no sense to me because their was fluid in the reservoir.....
