IS the 98+ Integra Gs- R ABS control unitl the same as as

Ls, GS, SE ????

 

All 98-01 models and 97 ITR share the same ABS system, if equipped. This is for USDM models.

hmm I thought the 97 ITR had the same ABS as the other cars of that year, and it changed in 98 to coincide with ITR's in Japan having optional HID headlights (ballasts needed more room).

 

The 97 USDM ITR had the four channel unit.

 

the 98-99 i think have a different abs computer i believe (different part numbers)

anyone know what the difference in the computers are ?

There were 4 different part numbers for Integra ABS computers.

One for 94-97 models.

One for 98-01 models.

One for the 1997 ITR.

One for the 98, 00, and 01 ITR.

And for whatever reason, the 94-97 computer retails for over twice as much as all the others, over $1300!

 

time to go junkyard shopping!

should be able to, as long as it's not from a Type R.
