Default 98 + up frontend conversion

I've had a couple offered to me and everyone says to make an offer. Well I have no clue what to pay for one. So could you guys give me an idea of what I should pay so I don't get ripped off. Thanks

also, what do I need to make the entire conversion (front end, lights, etc????)
-the reason for me wondering is because I may have a JDM front end conversion lined up as well so I am trying to decide between the 2. Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.

Im looking into a JDM front end conversion or a 98+ up conversion.....either way im getting rid of my front bumper setup. I've got a set of OEM sideskirts that I am looking into, an ITR wing and some Rota's. Some serious changes going to the car before I garage it for the winter, or this will be done over the winter. Either way when the car comes out next year it'll be basically done (and of course some fine tuning to the engine, installing some of the parts I have and tuning more.)

Just look at the inside lights closest to the middle...see how the 98+ is more FLUSH to the front bumber and the 95 lights are DEEPER than the 98 one. Overall the 98+ just looks more aerodynamic than the 95 one!

They go for about 140-200 for aftermarket ones. I paid a total of 350 for both of mine, fitment is perfect and no condensation or anything, yet (knock on wood). They are made by DEPO and I bought them from http://www.partmartone.com

Or you can look around for a used set, you will probably get them for 100-150 for the set.

It depends on condition, but look to spend $300-$400, Ive seen descent bumpers sell for as low as $100, but $150 is more usual. Headlights usually go for $175-$200,and then yo need the 98+ bumper lights $20-$30, also dont forget to budget in paint

My 98-01 front end costed me a total of:

125 - bumper, used
350 - headlights, new

Give ebay a shot, thats where I found the headlights

Ive read somewhere (might have been team integra) where you dont need the headlights but if you switch the 94-97 housings with the 98-2000 ones it should fit. Dont know if that is accurate but I think a few people vouched, but it seems like it might be cheaper to do so?

my 98 front end cost 150$ for a pair of aftermarket headlights, 12$ clearcorners and 150$ for the bumper. Of course this was my freinds older brothers shop doing it for me. The aftermarket lights fit, but still the shape of the headlight is ehhhh close enough for most people to not notice.

Well I thought the headlights were the same, only the bumpers were different.

IMHO, its not worth the front end update unless of course you get into an accident and have to replace it.

Negative, unless by headlights you mean the bulbs. Bulbs are the same size. Housings are not interchangable.

I started w/ the 98+, didn't even know enough about Integras to notice the difference until after I'd had the car for a while. My humble opinion is that the 98+ is much cleaner and fresher than the original. I'm probably a little biased, though.

I like the faux underspoiler on the rear bumper better, too.

true to a degree... However, me as an exampe. I bought my car with really high miles and the headlights are all fogged up with yellow crap, you know what I am talking about. So new headlights are needed, so spend another 100-150 and have a much cleaner front end. Because 500 + paint is alot better thatn 1850 + paint for non hid and like 2450 + paint for HIDs. Don't get me wrong its extremely clean, but for those on a budget that want a little more out of the car its a cheaper route. Then theres the flip side of there being tons of clean 94-97 fronts.

My .02.
