98 ls motor swap

I have a 98 integra Ls. I just swapped the motor and tranny, Put a gsr motor.
I also swapped the ecu, but the vtec its not kicking in, and the rpm still stops at 6 and a half. What should I do?

its probably throwing a code....car is thrown into limp mode because of the code...

do I have to run any extra wires from the ecu to the engine since It was a non vtec ?

lol yes thats why vtec isnt engaging and youre going into limp mode

yea bro so what can I do now. I mean, my obd 2 scanner wont even link onto my car wit the p72 ecu
