double check your ignition timing, if thats ok I would double check your engine timing.

ok well more info the car was turbo before ig to it would that have any thing to do with this cel

also i went to the shop and my timing was off that is why the car was running like crpa and not taking off fast but now it does that the timing is strait on

but i still got the cel light pleasehelp i need it gone

 

How much boost and what map sensor are you running?

 

hope u find out the problem i had the same code + missfire on all 4 cylinders, changed spark plugs,wires, cap n rotor, map sensor, tps, still throwing same codes. until i had ref ticket n had to switch out my itr head + sk2 im and sk cams to stock gsr head, everything went away... hope it doesnt come back on when i switch heads.

oe map and for the boost im not sure the car was boosted beofre i bought and then when i bought they slod the turbo

the car had a blown head gasket and so i changed that that they took the cel bulb out so i think they had the cel the whole time and were tired of seeing the light lol

and i need it gone i need to smog to

and i was thinking about taking the bulb out beofre i go to smog but they put the car on pre ingition to make sure all bulbs light up

gay and i need this car smoged asap

ummm i also tried another oe map and got the same code too brand new spark plugs brand new coil

yea i had sk2 mani on also i took it off and put stock mani on think that was the problema dn nope stil got the cel light

come on people i kow some one knows how to get rid of this cel

 

The stock map sensor is only good up to a certain ammount of boost, somewhere around 8 or 9 psi. If your over that, maybe thats your problem.

well im not boosted any more should i just buy an oe map or should i buy an aftermarket map and where could i get either one

but i have put a working oe map on the car since the cel was on and turbo was off and it didnt change any thing and the oe map that was on the car beofre i tested the other i tried on my friends car and it worked perfect to and didnt get any cel with the map i had when i had the cel

hope it makes sence kinda confusing lol ^^^^
