what all will i need besides front bumper, headlights and tail lights? are the side skirts the same or are they a little different? also how much will i be looking at to do the whole conversion.
i did have a 99 GSR but i sold it to a guy for 12300 and now im looking at getting an older one so it will be cheaper to buy first off, plus a little cheaper on insurance since its older and then spending the money left over to build the hell out of the engine.

You can find all the stuff you need for the front end in one big shebang usually. Just have to keep your eye open. Kinda like an OEM kit, lurk the classified's..
Front end probably 400-500 (headlights, bumper, corners).
As for the taillights, they are easier to find.
I dunno how much on the tails anymore... I got mine back in the day for $75 shipped (I got lucky on eBay).

Don't forget the back bumper if ur going for full conversion with front bumper, healights, corners, tailights, and mirrors. Ask for corner lense mounts too cause some people dont give them to u
^ I had my 98+ conversion done when I first bought my car. Basically it has a much more aggressive look to the front bumper and the rear bumper has the air dam. For people that love the OEM look, this is the way to go. Going with a JDM front is nice, but much more cost effective. Keep in mind, you'll need the 1. Radiator Support, 2. Front Bumper, 3. Headlights, 4. Hood, 5. Both Fenders, and 6. the Middle Grill. *Correct me if I forgot to name parts that go along with a JDM Front. On top of that, it'll require you to cut, saw, and weld. That's more work, money, and parts needed compared to doing a 98+ conversion. Just inputing my 2 Cents.

becasue he wants to! it may make a difference to him, like me (i think both are nice but obviously they are different) and if you are suggesting to save money, why add to convert to JDM which will cost more then the 98+ convertion.
think about it

I didnt know there was any cut, sawing & welding needed for the JDM ITR conversion? I thought was simply a bolt on with a very minor weld. Someone correct me.
