i am having a problem with my car. its 95 4 door integra. my cluster doesnt work. it lights up and shows the battery light. those are the only thing that works on my cluster. my power windows dont work. my clock doesnt work. and my windshield wipers dont work either. checked all fuses and also put a new fusebox in and nothing.. any input is welcomed

 

does your radio turn on by any chance?

yeah my radio works. i also changed the main relay
