so i just got me a 94 integra with a rebuilt engine and the dude that sold it to me said that the starter was bad but it will start. i was driving home from work and it just died no putting nothing so i tried starting it and nothing wouldnt even crank over but sometimes will so we pushed started it first time fail then got it. i was going to my boys house the next day an he stay right down the street an it died and wouldnt start cranked sometimes an didnt. please help. my check engine lights on abs on. is it my main relay,starter,dizzy(im guessing this means distributer cap). i need this car running right or im screwed. im not a car head so please dont get real tec.

The fact that it "just died" could be due to a bad ignition. jump the connector and post the codes can't help much with out knowing them.

 

ok im really new to cars an this is my dream car so im tryinng to learn as much as possable. How do i jump the connector? when it dies the lights and everything works.
