ok i have a 94 ls all stock i bought new headlights they are 100w ok worked fine for a few hrs then let my girl take it to pick up food then she turned it off then it wouldn't start so i jumped it it started right out so i thought it was the batt or the alt but the car is reading out 13.5volts so that's okay but now the abs light comes on then when i turn on my lights the car shuts off i took out new lights and put old ones back in and still have problems so please if someone can help thank you

 

Sounds like you fried some electrical circuits by running larger headlights then what you were suppose to...

 

ok so where do i look to check on what i need to replace

 

Pull the codes for the ABS. It will tell you why the light is on. The FAQ thread has a link.

You replaced a 55W bulb with a 100W bulb. Look in the Helm manual for wiring diagrams.

 

ok the car still starts and runs but the abs light stays one there is a clicking sound coming from the thing by the left headlight with a bunch of lines coming out of it and it says only full with dot3 what does the clicking mean?

 

Pull the ABS codes and it will tell you the problem.

 

where can i pull the codes from and how do i know what code it is this is all new to me and i don't wanna take it to a dealer
