I have a 1996 integra ls all stock, deciding whether I should swap heads and convert non-vtec to vtec head. Or full b20 swap or whatever swap. I'm not tracking the car just want to make some more power, it's my daily. So let me know what you think I should do. I was thinking of even not swapping at all and just getting headers, cat back exhaust, either password jdm intake or aem cold air intake. Again let me know what would be best? Thank you!

Lot of good people and info when it comes to swaps here. Gotta decide what you wanna do and then ask for advice. I decided not to swap. I wasn't happy with power from I/H/E until I got a stage 2 clutch and 11.5 pound chromoly flywheel. More power would be fun, but its plenty for me when I can access it in an instant with the flywheel. Do your research, write down what it will cost to do all 3 correctly, add 50%, just cause- trust me, and decide what you want to do.
