i have a 92 integra and while im driving it seems to chug like there is no fuel getting to it and when i let off the gas im able to accelarate again and it would do it again until i put it in neutral and let it sit, sometimes when i put it to the floor it will stop also. The check engine light will come on sometimes but when i shut it off it goes away ,it runs perfectly fine other than that.

could this be a fuel pump issue?
im not familiar with the integras so i dont know much
