Default 91teg code 13 help please

i've searched,searched,searched,searched
code 13 = baro sensor
on g2ic i read that on the 90 integra's have a external baro sensor and on the 91 integra's they are internal built on to the ecu board.(True or False)

I tried out two ecu's pm6/pr4 and both got the same code, also i thought only obd1/obd2 ecu's have long flashes, on my obd0 91 integra im getting 1 long flash and 3 short flashes.
anyways i just need this cleared up and pictures of the external sensor and one of the internal sensor and how do i know what year ecu i have?

My ecu info:
Blue Stamp- 89.10.02
37820-PR4-L52
433-105601 (AF)

the ECUs on these cars 1990 an 1991 are different. there are 4 ECUs on the 1990 and 4 others on the 1991. it depends on which trans you have and if the car is a federal model or california model for what ECU you have
