91 da throwing codes.. help
wasup man i got a 91 integra and the ecu is on the passenger side bolted on the chassis. There's a red blinking light on it when you get a check engine light. Maybe that box under your dash could be an alarm brain. I'm just guessing here. The transmission control is located behind the console. From the picture, it says something on it. Tell us what it says.
holy **** I really neglected this thread...
sorry bro but im impressed how everybody was stumped
over the tranny module.....
confirmed your ecu is in the passenger side and you will be able to see the
cel on top..
automatic tranny module have the check light on the side like pic above..
next you are going to find another one behind the rr passenger side if you have abs..
is your car converted to 5sp or is it auto?

well one of my teggys is auto the light always blinked
but ran fine..
not only that the book always states take the car to specified dealer tech
for tranny problems..
so really if it aint broke dont fix it....
an used auto tranny runs for $300 and up
rather than rebuilding thats $1200 and up
or dealer cost that is worth more than the car itself....
the only light you need to worry about is the CEL
place a piece of black tape over the tranny module light and forget you ever
seen that there..
