well i have a 90 integra and been having problems with it for the longest of time.its been running ok after its 2-3yr sit in the garage.now when it in neutral just idling the rpms bounce back and fourth from 1500 to 1000 rpms. why?is this normal

 

Vacuum leak possible.

 

mine does the same thing at idle, but not all the time, is it possible TO have an intermittent vacuum leak?

 

thanks for the help.ill check it out to see.i was just wondering if it would hurt the enigine or what?
