90 DA electrical problems

when i signal right/left the trunk, seat belt lights on the cluster and my clock go on and off. and no radio deck (aftermarket or original) will turn on but tested in other cars they do turn on. some friends think it may be my ground? where is this ground wire located?
also no air blows out on all 4 settings, hot or cold. i checked the blower motor it worked with constant power from my battery and the resistor visually looks ok though i havent tried a known working one.
