5 lug help

wassup guys, hopefully you guys can help me out. i currently am doing a 5 lug conversion on my car (integra 4 dr ) and im running into a problem. the back 5 lug is on and everything but i'm having a problem with the front, now i have the jdm itr 36mm 5lug and ive seen people use crv axle's cause they are all 36mm. but for some reason when i put the crv 36mm axle's in the wheels hop up and down. as far as i'm concerned it shouldve been a direct fit cause the inner housing is 32mm and the outer is 36mm. so i really dont know what to do. my daily driver is in the shop right now and my back up which is the integra is not co-operating so i cant drive it back and forth from work until the daily is out of the shop any help would be great thanks
