Default 2000 GSR: Limp Mode at Operating Temperature

I drive a 2000 Integra GS-R, and I'm having an issue, where once my car reaches operating temperature, it goes into limp mode limiting me to 5k RPM. Furthermore I'm having a constant misfire. I've taken my car to the local auto parts store to get my codes read and after clearing them and letting the ECU recycle, I have an O2 Sensor code, a misfire code in all 4 cylinders, a valve solenoid code, and a fuel air metering code. Now I know better to listen to the cashier at my local autozone but he had told me that the cause of all of my problems would be my valve solenoid. Can anyone confirm this? Secondly before I go replacing it, as I am not very financially stable as of right now, I want to see if there's anyway I can fix it, or any tests I can do. I've already changed my oil and made sure that I'm not low, as well as removed my solenoid to clean the screen, which hadn't anything in it. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do?
