ok so i have 1990 gs with 130k og miles but yesterday when driving home the check engine light came on and the car starts bogging in every gear around 3.5k but as soon as i turn the car off and back on the check engine lights off and it drives fine for any where fomr 5-25 miles then kicks it back on. any input would be great thanks,

 

- timing off
- ICM bad
- distributor rotor button
- ECU
- hacked wiring

 

You need to check the code next time it pops up just pull over and check the code and see what it reads, it will point you directly to the problem.
