nice header, i got the same on my LS.... but yeah lose the intake, it is bad!!!! get a AEM CAI, probably the best choice for the non-vtec, i had DC Sports CAI and i like the AEM much better, you won't regret it, plus it will look much more better and presentable then that blue thing you got on there now!!!!!!

You shouldnt of bought that DC header, you could of gotten a AIRMASS BLUE HEADER, they come in BLUE, it would match your intake so much!!! haha..LOL!

Enough CRAP! Read the Guidlines for this FORUM.
Sliminem:
When was the last time you:
1) changed your spark plugs
2) did a compression test
3) ran some fuel injector cleaner?
It looks like something is up with Exhaust port #2.

If this was meant to be a technical rather than a bling bling thread, info would have been posted on the headers: were they ceramic/stainless, one or two piece, etc...
Post pics and expect to get comments dude... Its just a thread so dont take it personally. Getting defensive just flushes your thread down the toilet. If i were you, i would have just stuck with the header photos and called it a night.
I just had new headers installed this weekend and i am more than ecstatic. Anyways enjoy your exhaust manifold and chug a few
