The only good part was It was a crappy motor swap from <U>engineuity</U> so really no loss and I traded my audio setup for a engine from my homie.</TD></TR></TABLE>

use whatever feels better on the good ole butt dyno, it doesn't make that much of a difference though.

Almost everytime I fool around with intakes on the dyno, we gain a lot of tq and hp by making the piping longer. From what I have seen most smaller plenum b series motors respond very well to an "itr" aem type intake. Makes more power then a short ram everytime. certain velocity stacks work very well too.

Most people do not benefit greatly from an intake because they are not able to tune for it or try out different combos. Remember that hondas are speed density fuel injection. Most guys just put it on and hope things work out.

Like I've said before. Just buy a short ram intake. If you ever feel you want a full CAI, just add the stock tubing to the short ram pipe, and install the filter at the end of the stock tubing. Here's my set up with it when I used to have it like this. I live in Florida and got fed up with having to worry every time it rained about hydrolocking my engine so I just went back to short ram. Plus, it sounds MUCH louder and meaner! In a very nice way!

I'll post more pics later of what it looks like with the bumper taken off and filter installed. Installs just like a CAI, plus, the stock tubing is somewhat flexible. AND, it isn't metal so it doesnt heat up like metal piping does.

If you are worried about it looking ugly, then this isn't for you.

Observation 1 - the base where you live/lived tends to collect large puddles of deep water when it rains

Observation 2 - you intentionally slammed your car

Observation 3 - you coupled a very low car with an intake that sat the filter an inch off the ground

Observation 4 - you drove said car during one of said deep-puddle-making rainstorms

Observation 5 - you are a ******* moron.

/argument.

EDIT - I've been to Coronado's base, by the way. It rains there about three times a year last I checked, so stop being such a drama queen. Average rainfall is under 10 inches from December to March after which very little precipitation falls at all.

sweet hope that has a schedule of the rain four years back. Oh wait it doesn't as a matter afact it's a tourist website nice. We know how acurate those are. Anyway it rains there more than 3 times a day and when has a weatherman ever been right?

1. Yes it does when it gets really bad

2. I wouldn't say slammed (there you go again) but yeah it was low. It's ******* america, granted I lived in nazifornia

3. Stop throwing words in my mouth. If you've been to the base then you should know the area of street by the flag pole and how it dips.

4. Yes I did cause I had to get **** done, since you've been there you tell me how many other ways there are from the helo squadron to PSD. And the puddle was upto my calf and that's about 1ft and 2 inches without boots on.

5. Nope I'm a man and don't even act like your **** don't stink, like you never messed up.

PS: I'm not being a drama queen, simple fact is you shouldn't have opened your trap up about something you were no where near and your getting your data from google on the weather when anyone living there will tell you otherwise. A

But yes you've been on here for 5yrs picking random stupid fights with people. Get over yourself and get some real self confidence insted of E muscle. And stop pretending like your whole time with hondas you've never messed up... moron Next time maybe you'll just keep your comments to yourself insted of gettin your own *** handed to you.
