Default Sleeving block

Ok so im getting a headache spending countless hours looking for what everything means and im curious about getting a block sleeved.

So in order for the block to get sleeved do they bore out the cylinders then put in the sleeves? or do they put in the sleeves and bore those out to what ever mm pistons you have?

and also how cheap could i pickup some forged low comp pistons and rods with bearings and rings and what not for a turbo b16a setup?

Thanks,

FYI: F the haters....dont waste your time replying if your gonna complain bout not searching the web.....ive done my fair share of searching i just want to ask now....

They machine out the stock sleeves and press new sleeves in then bore them out to your specified size.

$1000-1500 for pistons, rods and bearings.
