GSR cams
ARP headbolts
Ferrea springs and retainers
Blox Intake Manifold
70mm Throttle Body

Transmission
B16 Hydraulic tranny
Exedy Stage 2 Clutch

Fuel
Walbro 255lph
Blox FPR
Precision 780cc Injectors

Turbo Stuff
Ramhorn manifold
3" exhaust
Precision sc3431e 57trim 540hp capable
Tial 38mm Wastegate 15lb spring

sounds good, i heard mahle pistons arent really forged thouhg, there some high tech aluminum cast. but why are you getting valve springs and retainers for stock cams? also im assuming you meant arp headSTUDS? one last thing the exedy stage II is rated at 228wtq, youll be making more than that from what it sounds like so on paper, it wont hold, though im not sure about the real world experience on that clutch, anyone care to chime in on the clutch?

Just curious but why not run a different cam, specially if your upgrading your intake components ?

Motor setup should easily hold that power. Good valvetrain is important because with a b16 you will have to rev it to stay in the powerband. I made 570whp with my stock sleeve'd b16 JE/Eagle combo and it held together for a while before eventually cracking a sleeve. Probably made close to 100 passes at the 425-450whp level with it on pump gas.

type r cams increase the power considerably.
I dont know much about aftermarket cams though, just have heard good things about type r's

the type r cams in refering to are 00, 01 itr, or ctr cams.

R cams are overkill unless you already have them IMO. I would stick with the GSR cams.

you may be able to make enough power to max those injectors with that setup. think about maybe 1000's?

if you plan on drag racing then go for unsprung, if you drive a lot on the street a sprung hub is better imo.

the 6puck unsprung is not that crazy its actually very mild and yet still nasty, it would be very well on the street.
