well...i adjusted my vavles again...still tapping..but not as bad....first i had them at .004 intake side...and .007 exhaust side...i have them at .005 intake and .008 exhaust....still tapping....it quiets down a lil when the car fully warms....but when its cold they tap like F'in hell....is this normal or alright?

 

sounds like you might have a bent valve.
or it could just be lifter noise

 

LMA or bearing of some sort. I need to figure mine out also.
