Default B00sted AWD Wagon lives :)

This lil doo-hicky below is one of the BEST things for a simple setup. LIke $5 from PetSmart, looks half blingin and works ****** AWESOME for T-ing things out. Its similar to a vaccum manifold, except you just flip the lever, and you can open/close a vac. line. Ive used them as boost controllers as well 1 lever open usually = 1psi increase
I said SIMPLE setups, Im not sure I would trust it about 5-6 psi.

OH ya, on the wagon, what else can I say? Its fun as hell! lol
Took around an hour to toss everything on, some sort of exhaust will be made whenever I have time again. I wouldve made a manifold for myself, but this was already done, and $ is tight because of whats in the background of the first few pictures.
Original engine, 220k miles. Barely smokes, but definately hauls ***...lol. 3 psi below 5k rpm, after that, it creeps to 5. Perfect!

I want to find a CLEAN one. Stock block D series, maybe internals. 10-12 psi, sleeper from hell. If it blows, more than likely swap the bare block, use the same internals, rebuild it, and go at it again! Ive got 6 D series blocks in my garage, all in good condition

true dat.

you sure the body on thing will hold together?? LoL, looks like the rocker panel is ready to just fall off any time from the rust

isn't the drivetrain able to be swapped over to the 4-doors of the same years??

I require footage of that thing flinging mud *everywhere*

My boy Dave has the same valve-actuated vacuum tee on his Merkur. It really does look pretty sweet.

Too much time on your hands Cody, no wonder there is a 6-8 week wait on the manifolds

Now get to work on my manifold

I dont have any time on my hands, it only took me an hour out of my saturday afternoon. I worked till 10pm that night instead of 9
There will be a video of it soon, I think I want to wait until I see some snow first, THEN the fun starts...lol.
THe BOV was a bosch, but i blew the diaphram out, and it was leaking boost/not working, so I stole the del sols BOV for now. I like it better anyway, just a smooth "Whooooooosh". No whistles, no drama, just a release of air
Somethings messed up in the pass. rear wheel.
If Im on a dirt road, and hit a succession of washer-board bumps, it literally LOCKS up. It sent me into the ditch yesturday at around 45mph on the way back from the post office(yes theres a dirt road going to the post office ). Anybody have any clue what could be causing this? Its easy to duplicate, but Im stumped on what it could be...

Two questions.... What's the fuel management, and what turbo is that?

Also, actually, is it non-intercooled (it looks like it isn't)??

I wanna see 10 lbs!!!!

i wanna see this thing run till march, so 3 psi it is. FMU, KISS setup. Plugs are reading beautifully. I retarded the timing manually, so thatll help longivity too.
yes it was non-ICd in that pic, but I jsut got done tossing a SAAB IC in the midst. That made a HUGE difference, even though its still int he engine bay. It actually puts your *** in the seat! Well, lunch is over, back to welding

shitty, I was going to take some pics of the IC, but Imagestation deactivated my account Maybe because I had 26 pages of pictures? All were in "good taste". I guess its time to learn how to host through my website
