Default Inlinefour.com You just lost another customer.

Inlinefour.com you just lost one customer today and I hope more in the future. Its not about the money its your customer service. ITS SUCK.......

You think you're always right and the customer always wrong. With that kind of attitude, I hope you go out of business.

They said I made mistake in my order which I know I order the right part. On top of that I ask them how come it doesn't look like the one in the picture? They said we sometime use the picture of what it might look like. MOTHER F... I want to return it and get the right part and they want to charge me restocking fee... WTF I haven't open the merchandise yet. I just want to exchage for the right part and its the same price now I have to add more money? **** THAT ****....

387 sorry about all the trouble. Try selling the part and then get the correct part from another store.

I had the same problem with I4.
They did my 5 lug conversion .I thought they were the honda-acura specialist... and told me it will take them a day to put it on.
It took them more than 2 weeks. I had to rent a car to get around.
They raped $1980.00 from me for parts and labor and even losts some of my lugnuts and stripped one of the nut bolt. I had to argue with them so they will fix it.
They also messed up the axles that came with the conversion and had to use my original LS axles. I ask steve wutt kind of 5 lug is this and he said USDM. But then when I talked to brendan he said JDM... something is fishy.
before I left the shop they put their little frame license plate. As soon as i got home I burnt that shiet.

ohh and i heard from some people they have stolen parts.
customer service suck as well as their prices

All companies charges a restocking fee when a customer wants to return a merchandise, however...if its the company's fault, they should #1. Send a call tag to pick up the package #2. once package is inpsected, send the correct part out. #3. Apologize and provide a discount or some kind of compensation in order to satisfy the customer's for his/her time.

However, please be courteous as much as you can towards the company. We all make mistakes...but we also must correct them in a timely manner.

Tell that to Enron Companies should exist to deliver customer value, not take it away from them. In a time when Big business and corp. america has taken a huge dump with consumer confidence, small business should step up to the plate and atleast exhibit some type of ethical and courtesy to its customers. This obvious isnt a isolated incident, and its also not a personal, ITS BUSINESS.

Yes these places are sure known for their bad customer service. One day there will be a shop that actually has good customer service.

I haven't had any problems with them. I ordered my B18c5 from 'em...

They don't have competetive prices though! I don't think I will ever buy from them again.

They do have a really good site though.

i don't post much or read much but this is some f'ed up stuff.. can't believe inline 4 is like that.. i mean if u were returning it, or someting yeah, thats a RESTOCKING FEE, but **** u're GONNA PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET to send it back to them(or take it). and they want a restocking fee? damn.. i guess it's time to add inline 4 to my "never shop there again list".. i had some run-in's wiht autostink in temple city.... the fat guy "kevin" thinks he's all hard and knows everything.. he was like tlaking out of his add one time and swears he knows he's right. and i was like oh god.. no point in arguing.. and its like.. u ask for 1 dollar off and he'll be.. fine forget it.. get it somewhere else.. it's like.. g.. is your shop really all that? i've seen GHETTO shops with nicer and friendly people who will answer questions, help u do stuff.. u know.. what car tuning and stuff IS ABOUT.. not a freaking retail priced store.

Just go on Ebay man. Who cares about Inline4 anyways?!? We have other Spoon distributors to buy from anyways...JHP is okay on prices, but not with actual JDM Honda brand stuff haha, and they call themselves JDM Honda Parts!
