crx rear seat
yo0!! I just got a back seat for my rex but it didn't come with any brackets.... 
(it was free)..does anyone have pics of the brackets, maybe i can fab some up...appreciate it!

funny story..it was in the trash at this guys house and someone mentioned it too me and i drove 70 miles to get it...needed to be cleaned and brackets, but.....one mans junk, is another mans treasure!

there's only 2 (one per side) that need to be welded in. here's some pics from my rear seat install:
bracket that needs to be welded in:
all 3 of the brackets. notice the one that's already there just gets the striker piece bolted on to it (in the center, towards the top of the pic). the welded in bracket has the piece that bolts to the seat back bolted on.
this is the big plastic molding piece that goes from the door to the back of the car. on the back of it, the areas that need to be cut out are marked - thanks honda!
and here it is test-fit. it's now fully installed but i don't have a pic.
i didn't get mine for free but i got a hell of a deal on it: $240 shipped ($100 + $140 for shipping) from the UK i found the cargo cover on ebay, but you can also just cut your USDM one to make it fit.

Interesting. Smells fishy. Who in their right mind would throw away a JDM CRX Rear Seat? And if you got word from someone else that it was in this guys trash, why didn't that someone else go get it before you?

yup, the speakers covers still fit. JDM ones are slightly different, but it doesn't matter for fitment purposes. USDM speaker covers have holes in the sides (not visible when the seatback is up) for where the USDM trunk divider clips in. JDM ones don't have any holes.

I've got a set of the bottom brackets (the part that gets welded into the floor, along with the hinge that gets bolted to the rear seatback) that I'm not gonna use.
The weld-in piece was powdercoated red, for ultimate riceness.
If you want 'em, im me an addy, and reimburse me for shipping, and you can have 'em. Unfortunately, don't have an extra set of the hooks (the parts mentioned in the pic post by the following "notice the one that's already there just gets the striker piece bolted on to it (in the center, towards the top of the pic). ", but at least the rear pieces should get you started.

so uve never been in a situation where u would need to take a third or fourth person? my rear security box is warped from some one sittin on it.... i think it would come in handy with those " sure whatever cram in the back" situations.....
