I spoke with the Director of Purchasing for the wheel lines and he said the manufacturer has no plans to build 16" K1s at this point.

Just an update: no word on Kosei K1 wheels in 16". Still have 15" and we do have the K1-TS in 15" and 17", but no K1 Racing ones.
