Where is the best place to buy some 16in kosei k1s. I really would rather have 16s and not 15s. I have a red 98 gsr and i think the white ones would look best but at this point i will almost take any color.

Yea im pretty sure tire rack only has the 15x7 which i really dont want 15's. I want the 16in k1s because 17s are too big and the 15's look too small, i think the 16s look perfect.

I would love a set for my Accord, but in 4x114, and 17x7.5 +35.

currently tire rack has 17 x 7 silver K1 on sale for $149. I would love to buy a set at that price for my RSX S but tire rack lists a +50 for my car. The same wheel in any color but 38 to 42 offset would get my $.

You're in luck. I have a set of ultra rare, discontinued 16x7.5 kosei K1's for sale used. No tires. Some curbage on 2? of the wheels. But they can be repaired for cheap. Can't even see them in these pictures. The wheels themselves are straight and true. Here's a picture of them on my miata:
