Tightening wheel HEX CAPS hand tight?

Tightening wheel HEX CAPS hand tight?
Hex caps as with on certain wheels aka. BBS can be hand tightened or is there a specific torque required?
Specifically I have racing beat rb02 and paranoid that the caps or cotter pins are going to fly off since they're hand tight.
on a side note, can the mini lugs that came with ichiba studded spacers work as regular? I used them to clear the hex cap

Are you talking about the bolts that bolt the wheel to the rim? If yes, stop driving ASAP and tighten them!!! I'm not sure that's what you're talking about, but I can't imagine what else.
Torque values for those bolts can be found on the Skidmarks Wheel and Tire website

Oh haha thank goodness.
I know wheels like Volk Racing and old school SSR's had a tool to tighten those down, a big hex shape with a handle on it. I'll assume BBS has one too, so they probably need to be a little more than hand tight.
If it's an old BBS wheel good luck finding the tool, if it's a newer wheel BBS maight sell it separately

Re: Tightening wheel HEX CAPS hand tight?
I'll redo the hex with a wrench, I don't have one wide enough so I just rubber glove double hand tightened the hex caps. Drove as is already and they're intact -wipes sweat -
ALSO, I am using these little pebble lug nuts I took off my spacers onto the actual wheel.
Is this ok? They are the only thing that allow the center hexcaps to fit as any other lug is too long. They have similarity to lugs like the muteki short lugs so why not.
edit: I get to manipulate driver level to 8/10 track aggressive for about 1 full minute (clear portion of twisties) atleast twice on my commute (one to and one back from work) and I definitely don't want anything flying off but at the same time wheels look very "eh" without the caps on. Are the caps fail safe in that regard or do I have to keep mindful of the caps

I wouldn't trust those Ichiba lug nuts to hold the wheel to the hub, mainly because they have the absolute minimum required amount of threads to hold the wheel in place. In an extreme scenario, it wouldn't take much to strip them out.
As for your center caps; unless you have retention pins or a locking mechanism, there's no reason to drive aggressively on a wheel with a large hex center cap. Even at their best, they tend to work themselves free due to the vibrations... and then you're out of luck.
