These remind me of wheels I've seen on old Firebirds.
EDIT: The wheels I was thinking of:

These ones came on '91-'92 Firebirds.

No, most Riken designs were manufactured by Enkei. There are not very many wheel companies out there that actually MAKE wheels. They just design them.
Big manufacturers are Enkei, Mackin Industries, and Work.

Re: Old skool Riken wheels!
here's a couple pics i dug up:
i believe that model is called Riken RTW and on the bottom the box says Okamoto Industries Made in Japan.
only info i know of them is that the wheels were widely offered as a dealer option wheel in the mid 80's especially for Ford(saleen mustangs) and Nissan(300zx) dealerships.

There's another set available on the Firebirds too. The HRE's (same wheel available on the Saleen) were on the Pontiac Trans-Am GTA.
The others were Riken, I believe. Looked something like this:

Polishing compound a buffing wheel or dremel with a buffing wheel... if you want a work out do it by hand.
My favorite polish is Blue Magic i think it's called, comes in a small tub blue top, clear tub with greyish blue contents.
Don't open it and smell it though, it burns your nose.
