Either is about equally correct. Some tires only come in one size or the other, so don't worry about the slight difference between a 205 and a 215, just get which ever size the tires you want to run come in (still keep the 45 profile).
Also, check to make certain that the tires you choose are approved for a 7.5" wheel. The crappy Toyo Proxes 4s I'm running are approved for 6.0" - 7.5", so I imagine almost any decent tire will be fine on a 7.5".
