the guy on here from rywire should know but probably wont tell us since it his business. but they know where to get the pins for shure since they make those jumper harnesses

You can normally go to a U Pull type junkyard and just cut some out....
That's cheap as hell, and gets what you need.
Otherwise, go through honda. You can get a full kit from them with new pins of various sizes, various plugs, etc. That or individual pieces.

Also, what does this have to do with welding and fab? Put this in tech, hybrid, etc.

i just searched digikey and found a couple that look like the oem ones.
theres a couple sizes so i bought the two sizes which the ecu pins might be:
the 24-18awg terminals part number: A25554-ND
and the 20-14awg terminals part number: A25561-ND

i'll post up which one or if both work when i minime my friends ride. then the mystery will be solved as to where to find these pins!!!

if you download the digikey catalog, all of these connectors are on page 214. hope this helped a few of us out

most of those plugs are made by a company called Amp. I have called up their distributors before for my job and gotten them to send me sample parts. Tell them you work for (insert name of large company), you are a product engineer of some sort, you are considering several plugs and need one or two of their plugs for evaluation and prototyping. take the time to get EXACT part numbers. If asked tell them you will be doing an initial production run of 10k

You can 1 or 2 of almost anything this way, but don't get greedy.

let me know i will be in for 50 pieces.i had gone to honda today thinking that maby the technitions had some kind of repair kit.all they have are the pins with a 10" lead.i am ready to do my wiring harness for my car and really need these pins.
maby we can move this post to drag racing.

You'll want the Plug-N-Pin kits. Cross reference the AEM EMS part numbers to figure out what vehicles the connectors are for. Should be available through any AEM dealer.

The Bosch fuel injector plug kit is really nice as well. No more fumbling with that stupid OE wire clip to release. The AEM connectors have a nice big wire clip the you squeeze to release.

-Not listed, but a picture show lower on the page (item 6-107 is the number, but shown in 6-203) OBD2 injector connector

lol sounds like you've thought this out. haha niice.
[edit 1/8/08] so i got the pins in the mail today, and they DO say AMP on them...
have yet to test fit them, but they are visually the same, and i can guarantee you 99.99% that they fit.
i'm gonna test fit them and possibly sell them if theres enough demand. but right now i got a whole lot on my plate ( moving into a new house)
but once i get settled in and a bunch of bs off my to do list, i'll start making up some charts on which ones go where. wish me luck

ive been looking thru their entire catalog, i think honda got with amp to manufacture them sole for honda with honda having the only buying rights to them... but i'm still searching.

look under hw sealed series, many obd1 type plugs

edit: oops, didn't read the post 2 up

edit again: looks like hm is for obd0 harness plugs, if you click on series features, it shows the semi-clear white plugs. also, mt sealed series have some obd0 as well

edit once again : 6240-5181 and 6240-1181 look like obd0 ecu-A plug. would have to measure to verify, but picture looks like it, and it's an 18 pin plug
